CONTACT

Contact Us

Got a question about an order, a return or an exchange? Or just want to say hello? We’d love to hear from you.

Drop us an email at:

mellowstudioscohelp@outlook.com

If your message is about an order, please include your order number and a few details about what’s going on. That way we can sort things out for you as quickly as possible.

We read every message and aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is packed and on its way, we’ll email you a confirmation with your tracking details.

During busy times, like new drops, launches and holidays, processing can take a little longer. We’ll always get your order out to you as quickly as we can.

Shipping

Delivery times depend on where you are and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Any delivery estimates are a guide rather than a guarantee.

Occasionally, things outside our control can slow a parcel down, such as courier delays or customs checks. If your order seems to be taking longer than expected, just get in touch and we’ll chase it up for you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Checking Your Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We can’t be responsible for orders that are delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

If an order comes back to us because of an address issue, we’ll happily send it out again, but the cost of re-shipping will need to be covered by you.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with a photo of any damage. We’ll work with you to put it right.

Mellow Basics

mellow basics are made to order on a pre-order basis and will be dispatched within 2–3 weeks of your purchase.

For all other items, we’ll share dispatch details as soon as your order is ready.

Thank you for your patience and support. Every piece is carefully made with you in mind

Questions?

If you have any questions about your order or shipping, we’re here to help:

mellowstudioscohelp@outlook.com

Please include your order number so we can help you faster. We aim to reply within 24 hours.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your mellow pieces. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.

Changed Your Mind?

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know you’d like to return it. Once you’ve told us, you then have another 14 days to send it back.

To get a full refund, items should be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags still attached. Please pack them carefully so they arrive back in the condition you received them. If an item comes back worn, washed, or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect this.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund you within 14 days. This includes the standard delivery cost of your original order. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Return Postage

Return postage is paid by you. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t refund items that don’t make it back to us.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Just get in touch. We’ll arrange an exchange if stock allows. Otherwise, we can refund you so you can reorder.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo. We’ll put it right and cover the return postage.

Mellow Basics

mellow basics are made in small batches on a pre-order basis, so please check the size chart carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure about sizing, message us before you buy. We’re always happy to help you find the right fit.

How to Start a Return

Email us at mellowstudioscohelp@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We aim to reply within 24 hours, and we’ll guide you through the rest.
