We aim to respond to all messages as promptly as possible during business hours.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays.

Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Mellow Studios is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees from the initial order are non-refundable.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. Mellow Studios is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Mellow Studios is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Mellow Basics

Mellow Basics are available on a pre-order basis and will be shipped within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.

For all other items, processing and shipping times may vary, and dispatch details will be provided once your order is ready.

Returns & Refunds

Items purchased from Mellow Studios must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.

Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all labels and any accessories or items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receipt of shipment, in order to receive a refund.

Please note: the shipping costs of the initial order will not be refunded.

Exchanges & Returns

For both Exchanges and Returns, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs.

Mellow Basics

Due to the nature of our Mellow Basics collection being pre-order and made specifically for each customer, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these items.

Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order. We strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully to avoid any issues.
